IBM Daksh is currently looking for Customer Care Executives - Voice, Semi Technical Support -Voice and Senior Executives : 27th March 2012 onwards
Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech are NOT eligible to apply for the above position. Candidates should have proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation. They should be prepared to work in rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment.
Interested candidates should walk-in with their resume (mentioning the position "applied for" on the top of the resume) with a recent photograph along with photocopies of their Educational/Professional certificates with a valid photo ID proof.

- Semi-Technical Support: Graduates with 0-36 months experience having excellent communications, a customer centric approach along with good knowledge of Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting
- Senior Executive: Graduates with minimum one year of international calling experience and excellent communications for a Premier International Travel Process
