HCL requires Team Leaders: Walkin from 21st Jan to 24th Jan,2013

Job Profile

• Managing all IT Operation related issues and managing L1 and L2 level team, should have experience in leading team of 30 to 40 engineers.
• Maintaining patch updates for antivirus soft ware’s, windows updates.
• Maintaining Hardware, Troubleshooting. Networking and installation of LAN define IP Address.End User support / problem solving for various desktop applications.
• Installation and updation of various client based application and Anti-virus (Symantec corporate edition as well as internet security, MacAfee, E-Trust).
• Data Backups and restoration using Veritas Symantec Backup Execution.
• Antivirus –Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Install & update application's patches & service packs.
• Calls handling related to OS, applications and hardware problems, guidance to subordinates.
• Coordinating with vendors for hardware and Software.
• Installation and configuration of servers, workstations, PCs and peripherals etc…
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), MCSE, ITIL V3 foundation Certification & Symantec Certification is a must.

Desired Profile:

1. Should have minimum 1 to 2 years of exp working as Team Leader position.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with client users.
3. Successful team leader & team player - able to create and lead successful teams.

Qualification: Diploma/ BE candidates (with minimum 60% pass) only apply. No other gradutes are allowed.
Experience: 4 to 5 years relevant exp is a must.
Male and local candidates are preferred.
