Desired Candidate profile:
- Intermediate to senior in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX techniques:
- Supporting older browser such as IE6 and IE7 with strong ability and --Experience to solve CSS quirks and performance issues.
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 techniques
- Sound understanding of how libraries like jQuery use native browser -JavaScript APIs
- Experience with developing websites optimised for mobile devices
- Experience with Responsive web design development
- 4+ years of experience in software development and/or technical consulting
- 2+ years of experience crafting/developing high profile web sites by volume.
- 1+ years of hands on experience developing for screen readers and assistive technologies (e.g. JAWS)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated record as a strong and proactive team player
- Strong performance orientation, high levels of tenacity, resilience, work ethic and initiative
- Preferred but not essential skills
- Experience in object orientated programming, preferably C#.NET
- Experience in relational database development, preferably Oracle
