Designation: Lead Network Engineer / Sr. Network Engineer
Experience in number of years: 4 - 8 years

Requirements:

• Handling customer calls
• Level 2 troubleshooting
• Handling level 1 and Level 2 escalations
• Daily productivity reports.

Scope of the Role:

• Level 2 troubleshooting
• Responsible for end user support

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in firewall (ASA)/L2, L3 Switches/Routers configuration. Routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP. VPN Configuration
• Network Monitoring
• Punctual

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end user support
• Responsible for troubleshooting applications and network issues
• Responsible for customer problems

• Good hands on experience on network and security products ( Cisco)
• Microsoft Operating systems, server / desktop hardware maintenance

Designation: System Engineer
Required Experience in terms of type of experience: 1-3 Years

Scope of the Role:

• Level 1 troubleshooting on Desktop Support.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end user support.
• Responsible for troubleshooting applications and network issues.
• Responsible for customer problems.

• Experience with help desk, Reporting software, Antivirus
• Microsoft Operating systems, server / desktop troubleshooting

Desirable Skills:

• Level 1 trouble shooting on Servers
• Desktop support & Application troubleshooting
