Office hours:9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
Expected to provide support during non-office hours for customers whenever there is a emergency.
Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
- BE / Diploma / B.Sc / IT Graduate / Under Graduate
- Experience with cPanel/WHM, Plesk Control Panel, DNS, Email issue handling
- Keen aptitude for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP - (LAMP)
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, RDP, IIS, Database import / export, User Creation, Digital Certificate Setup etc,
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Located nearby to Thane
- Available to respond promptly to helpdesk support queries via phone, support ticket and chat during office and non office hours.
- Documentation and Maintenance of Online knowledgebase.
The following is not required but will stand as an advantage:
- Experience with the WHMCS billing and support system
- Good knowledge of OpenVZ and Xen virtualization environments
- Experience with OpenVZ and Xen management through command line
- Experience with SolusVM control panel
Salary: between 1.20 - 2.40 lacs per annum

Role: Technical Service Desk
Experience: 06 months - 3 years
Role:Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24x7 operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer's end users
- Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
- Administer and provide User account provisioning.

- Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
