Job Description:

  • Setup and Configure Eclipse\Tomcat Development Environment
  • Create custom themes
  • Develop Plug-ins using Java
  • Build Custom Widgets using Java
  • Build Web Services
  • Document any custom built widgets/plug-ins
  • Perform User administration(Manage User Accounts, Manage User Groups, Configure User Settings)
  • Manage space administration and permissions (Create Public and Private Spaces, Manage Space Layouts with Widgets ,Change Permissions)
  • Configuration and management of Jive admin console
  • As part of application support team for IFC Collaboration platform, monitor the Help and Training community and respond to customer questions responsively.
  • Proactively monitoring the system health and catch any bugs/issues at the user interface level or in the backend.
  • Create, monitor and follow up on any Cases created in the online technology vendor (Jive) support forum
  • Communicate with customers promptly
  • Unit testing for all assigned deliverables and directing testing efforts
