Desired Skill sets: C#.Net (windows applications)
Define objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
Solid Experience in Architecting, Designing and Developing solutions in .Net
Extensive n-tier development experience: data, business logic, and user interface
Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and software architectures( SOA, MVC)
Unit testing (creating and executing unit tests for own code with JUnit, nUnit)
Peer review participation (design, code, tests and project documentation)
Proactively propose ideas to improve software design, performance or reliability
Development experience in Agile Technologies
Good communication skills
